THE ANNUAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY

Dear Members,
The Executive Board is pleased to invite you to attend the annual General Assembly (second call*) Tuesday 3 March 2015, at 8 p.m. At Circolo Scandinavo, Via della Lungara 231, 00164 Rome, Italy
The mandate of the present Executive Board is coming to an end. Therefore, the Assembly will be asked to elect five board members and two substitute members. They are to be elected for two years.
Nominations must reach the Association not later than
1. february 2015. A nomination must be seconded by another member and the nomenied must be a member of the association. more info....
We welcome you to the presentation of 'Come il cielo fra le ali degli uccelli', a volume of watercolor friezes made by Norwegian visual artist Elisabet Norseng, staying now at Circolo Scandinavo.
The event is 24th January 12:00-16:00,

artists have been awarded with the opportunity to stay at Circolo Scandinavo and present their work in 11 unique events.
Our artists-in-residence will have a short presentation about themselves and their work and afterward you can have some appetizers and informal talk.
The event is about 60 min and in English.
