Wiktor Ericsson

Wiktor Ericsson is a Swedish screenwriter and director. He has won acclaim as the co-creator and headwriter of the Swedish comedy series Starke man (SVT), as well as Halvvägs till himlen (TV4). He has also directed the 30-min short film KK which premiered at the Gothenburg Film Festival in 2013. The same year he made his feature film debut with the documentary A Life in Dirty Movies, an intimate portrait of American sexploitation director Joe Sarno and his wife Peggy. The film had its international premiere at The London Film Festival and was released theatrically in the U.S. in the fall of 2014 to great reviews. Currently he is in post-production on his upcoming feature film Jordgubbslandet (Strawberry Days) with a planned release in the fall of 2016.
