Lowri Rees (1980) is a director specializing in documentary film and performing arts.
Among the films she has directed are No Mans Land, which won the Terje Vigen prize at The Norwegian Short Film Festival in Grimstad in 2007, Anthony and Josephine in Norway which won the Jurys special prize at Minimalen Short Film festival in Trondheim 2008, and Samson on the road nominated to the Norwegian culture ministry human rights prize for short film 2011. She is currently working on a documentary about a Norwegian roma woman; ”Roza and the Roma”.
 
Lowri also works in a perfomance arts group called Søvnløs and their main project I slipped inbetween two wor(l)ds, has toured schools in Norway over a period of several years.
