Members nominated to the board of Circolo Scandinavo 2021
Dear Members of Circolo Scandinavo,
The Executive Board is pleased to invite you to attend the annual GeneralAssembly (second call) 15 June 2020, at 18:00. The General Assembly will be held at Circolo Scandinavo, Via della Lungara 231, 00165 Rome, Italy*
Proposals from members for discussion/decision must be submitted in writing (e-mail to info@circoloscandinavo.it) and should reach the Association no later than 15 May 2020.
Proposals for discussion/decision will be published on the Association’s homenpage (www.circoloscandinavo.it) the 30 May 2020. The same applies to the accounts for 2019, the budget for 2020 and the Annual Report for 2019.
Members can be represented through proxies (no more than two proxies perparticipant). Members may vote in writing in eventual voting. Written votes can be submitted by letter or e-mail and must reach the Association 48 hours before the annual meeting or no later than 18:00, 13 June 2020 to be valid.

The mandate of the present Executive Board is coming to an end. Hence, five board members and two substitute members are to be elected for two years.
The election will take place at the annual General Assembly 28 april at 18:00 (GMT+2) at an online Zoom meeting.
Members may vote in advance through e-mail. Such votes must reach the association 48 hours before the general assembly or not later than 26 April at 18:00 (GMT+2) in order to be valid.

Votes cast by e-mail must be mailed from your own e-mail address and you must state your full name. Original signature is not
required. You may cast your vote in the mail or in an attachment. You should write the names of the candidates for whom you wish to cast your vote.

You can vote for max:
five candidates as board members
two candidates as substitute members
